Diphenhydramine hydrochloride Injection
Indication
It is mainly used for: acute severe allergic reactions, which can reduce allergic reactions caused by blood transfusion or plasma; nausea and vomiting caused by drugs after surgery; Parkinson's disease and extrapyramidal symptoms; dental local anesthesia, when the patient is commonly used When local anesthetics are highly allergic, 1% diphenhydramine solution can be used as a local anesthetic for dental use; other allergic reactions are not suitable for oral administration.
Dosage
Deep intramuscular use, 20mg (1amp)/time, 1 or 2 times a day.
Adverse reactions
(1) Common: Central nervous system inhibition, ataxia, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite and so on.
(2) rare: shortness of breath, chest tightness, cough, dystonia and so on. It has been reported that trismus can occur with administration of a throat.
(3) Even can cause skin rash, neutropenia, anemia and heart rate disorder.
Contraindications
Myasthenia gravis, angle-closure glaucoma, and prostatic hypertrophy were contraindicated. Disable allergy to this product and excipients. Newborns, premature infants are disabled.
Precautions
(1) Pyloric and duodenal obstruction, pyloric stenosis due to peptic ulcer, bladder neck stenosis, hyperthyroidism, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, and lower respiratory tract infection (including asthma) should not be used.
(2) Those who are highly allergic to other ethanolamines may also be allergic to this product.
(3) Avoid driving the vehicle, working at height, or operating the machine after applying this medicine.
(4) In renal failure, the interval between administrations should be extended.
(5) The antiemetic effects of this product can cause difficulties in the diagnosis of certain diseases.
Pregnant and lactating women
(1) The use of this product during pregnancy may increase the incidence of cleft palate, inguinal hernia, and genitourinary malformation. Pregnant women should use it with caution;
(2) There is a small amount of this product available from breast milk. Excretion, nursing women should not use.
Elderly patients drug
May occur unresponsive, dizziness and so on.
